We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive our brands success on Myntra and Nykaa. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of marketplace operations, customer handling, promotions, sales strategies, and analytics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle segment and understands how to maximize visibility and sales on leading Indian e-commerce platforms while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage Marketplace Operations: Oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions on Myntra and Nykaa. Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, improve rankings, and optimize ROI on both platforms. Campaign & Promotions Management: Work on Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads, visibility campaigns, and sale events to increase conversions. Content Optimization: Ensure product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content align with platform guidelines. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with warehouses and vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment and avoid stockouts. Customer Handling & Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively. Coordinate with platforms (Myntra/Nykaa) and logistics partners to resolve order issues. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience. Manage return requests, refunds, and exchange processes in collaboration with internal teams. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, track customer behavior, and generate reports to optimize strategies. Competitor Research: Stay updated on trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to enhance brand presence. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing sales on Myntra and Nykaa, with hands-on experience in customer handling. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle complaints professionally, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Ad Campaigns. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and implement sales-boosting strategies. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
