E-Commerce Manager Rishmit Enterprises

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and our own website on Shopify. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, managing order flows, customer support, and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:? Product Listings & Catalog Management

• List new products across marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.)
• Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and bullet points
• Ensure correct categorization, pricing, keywords, and attributes
• Regularly update inventory, pricing, and stock alerts

? Product Photography & Content Coordination

• Take clear, high-quality images for online listings

? Order Management & Courier Tracking

• Monitor daily orders and ensure timely dispatch
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, shipping, and delivery issues
• Track orders and resolve delayed/lost shipment issues
• Manage return logistics

? Customer Support & Query Handling

• Respond to customer messages, queries, and reviews across platforms
• Handle returns, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner
• Work on improving overall customer experience and ratings

? Marketplace Coordination & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
• Monitor account health, ratings, and performance KPIs
• Generate daily/weekly sales and performance reports

Skills & Requirements:?? Prior experience in managing marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

?? Familiarity with listing tools, Excel/Sheets, and basic photo editing

?? Strong written and verbal communication skills

?? Ability to multitask and take ownership of the entire process

?? Knowledge of order tracking and courier integrations preferred
