Job Description
You will be responsible for various eCommerce tasks, including product management, inventory management, marketing and promotions, customer service, website maintenance, analytics and reporting, SEO optimization, fulfillment and shipping, as well as market research. You will oversee product listings, stock levels, online marketing strategies, customer inquiries, website updates, site performance monitoring, SEO practices, order logistics, industry trends, and competitor activity. Additionally, specific roles within eCommerce may include: - eCommerce Manager: Managing the entire eCommerce operation, developing strategies, and leading a team. - Digital Marketing Specialist: Focusing on driving traffic through PPC, SEO, and social media strategies. - Customer Experience Specialist: Improving customer interactions and satisfaction at all touchpoints. - Content Manager: Creating and managing engaging content for product descriptions, blogs, and social media.
