Responsibilities 1.Product Visual Optimization 2.Store and Event Visual Design 3.Localization Content Creation 4.Data-Driven Visual Iteration Qualifications 1.Skill Requirements Proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDRAW. Preference given to those with basic HTML/CSS coding skills(for custom store module development). Familiarity with tools commonly used by Indian designers, such as Canva and Adobe Express,to quickly produce mobile-friendly materials. 2.Experience and Cultural Understanding Over 2 years of design experience on Indian e-commerce platforms, with familiarity of design standards on top platforms like Flipkart and Myntra. Deep understanding of Indian religious festivals and regional aesthetic differences(e.g.,South India's preference for intricate patterns,North India's inclination towards minimalism). 3.Soft Skills Ability to collaborate with the Indian marketing team to interpret operational needs and translate promotional strategies into high-conversion visual solutions.
