- ? Manage E-Commerce Site (end to end) management
- ?Customer Support : Handle queries via WhatsApp, chat, social media, and other channels.
- ?Product Management: Update product info, images, pricing, and descriptions on websites and e-commerce platforms.
- ?Order & Delivery: Process orders accurately and monitor shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- ?Inventory Management: Track stock levels, restock as needed, and manage slow-moving products.
- ?Sales & Data Reporting: Prepare reports, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- ?Marketing Campaigns: Develop and track digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
