Job Description
- Website Management
- Oversee the online store (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized
- Monitor website performance and user experience
- Product Management
- Upload new products, including descriptions, pricing, and images
- Manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers
- Digital Marketing
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings
- Handle email marketing, newsletters, and promotional offers
- Sales and Performance Analysis
- Track sales metrics and KPIs (conversion rates, ROI, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements
- Analyze customer behavior and buying trends
- Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints (often in collaboration with support teams)
- Implement feedback for better user experience
