The job is based in Surat (Gujarat) # We are looking for candidates preferably with a strong IT background, good business acumen, and an inclination towards the fashion/apparel industry. Fashion / Business graduates with a zeal to create and lead a fashion apparel brand are also welcome. # Preferably BE (Computers) / MCA / MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate will also do, basically we are looking for Candidates who have a business aptitude and can build a business along a strong business idea # Starting Salary we can offer is Rs 2,16,000 - Rs 2,40,000 annually, stop reading further if it doesn't suit you as we are a bootstrapped company, but one thing we can assure you is that growth & learning potential is immense with us. # Major responsibility includes handling routine business operations, developing products, making marketing strategies, and working on both offline as well online sales of the company. ( Company's Own E-Commerce Portal, Amazon, and other marketplace activities) # Lead Generations, Identifying target markets, Customer relation management, distribution network management, and exploring new business markets will be the main thrust areas. ( IndiaMart, Social Media, E-Mail Marketing, etc) # Knowledge of various computer coding languages or knowledge of graphic designing or knowledge of fashion designing will be an added advantage, and an aptitude to get things done through various service providers for business development will be the key. # Candidates should be apt with computers and their applications, Internet and Social Media marketing knowledge will be appreciated
