Responsibilities: Provide regular reports and updates to management on e-commerce performance, marketing initiatives, and sales growth. Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive product descriptions, images, and videos. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members. Excellent English written Hindi & Telugu verbal communication skills. Should be able to independently handle day to day operations. Assist with Shipping & Customer Care Operations as per requirement. Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Proven experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce platform.
