Job Summary: Fancy Fluff is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse inventory and oversee online product listings, ensuring smooth operations for the brands ecommerce channels. Key Responsibilities: - Warehouse Inventory Management: - Monitor and update inventory levels in the warehouse. - Ensure accurate product stocking, storage, and labeling. - Coordinate with the team to track stock movement and report discrepancies. - Manage regular stock audits and reorders. - Online Listing Management: - Create, update, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. - Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and appealing. - Work on improving product visibility through SEO and keyword optimization. - Ecommerce Platform Support: - Provide assistance in managing the brands online presence across multiple platforms. - Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in Ecommerce Executive roles, preferably in inventory and online listings management. - Proficiency in handling warehouse inventory. - Familiarity with creating and updating online listings on platforms like Shopify or similar. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with ecommerce tools and platforms. - Knowledge of product SEO and online marketing strategies.
