Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the accounts and finance functions for the company and its group of companies. This includes overseeing online and offline sales entries, reconciliation, PAN India GST reconciliation, and following up on banking needs. Your role will involve finance management, handling stock inward and outward transactions, creating ledgers and items, managing bank entries, and processing stock JVs through multiple godowns and manufacturing units. Additionally, you will be accountable for journal entries, debtors and creditors reconciliation, as well as banks reconciliation. You must possess advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functionalities. Furthermore, you will be required to handle GST and TDS reconciliation, email communications, and prepare monthly reports. It is essential to generate reports on the financial health and liquidity of the company, audit financial transactions and documents, ensure financial data confidentiality, and conduct database backups when necessary. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to comply with financial policies and regulations, coordinate semi-annual audits, and support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in conducting audits. This is a full-time position that includes benefits such as paid time off and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Anand Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is required. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Tally, tax accounting, and general accounting. The work location is in Anand Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and you will be expected to work in person.,
