DSA Manager - Channel Partner Manager (DSA Vertical) - Home Loans/Mortgage Loans The DSA Manager - Channel Partner Manager for the DSA Vertical specializing in Home Loans/Mortgage Loans plays a vital role in the organization's sales and business development efforts. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive loan origination and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The DSA Manager is instrumental in implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence in the home loans/mortgage loans segment. They collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team to drive business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute channel partner acquisition and management strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and formulate business plans. Drive the achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives for home loans/mortgage loans. Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's market position. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end loan origination processes. Provide guidance and support to channel partners to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals. Establish and nurture productive relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and business development activities. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in channel partner management and business development, preferably in the home loans/mortgage loans industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs. Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales management tools. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Sound understanding of customer relationship management and value-driven sales techniques. Certification in Mortgage Banking or relevant professional accreditation is desirable. Strategic and result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
