Company Description: Koodam for learning is a Theater Education firm, in locations across Tamil Nadu including Salem, Erode, and Trichy. Koodam for Learning works with over 2000 students in IGCSE and CBSC schools, delivering a vibrant theater curriculum designed to help students not only to develop their artistic skills but also grow as a confident, creative, and empathetic individuals. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Drama Facilitator at Koodam for Learning in Salem, Erode & Tiruchirapalli. The Drama Facilitator will be responsible for planning and leading drama activities, facilitating group discussions, organising performances, and providing feedback to participants. The role involves creating a positive and inclusive learning environment through drama-based activities. Qualifications: Strong in English Language and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to differnt learning styles and preferences. Creativity and passion for drama education. Experience working with children or youth. Bachelore's degree in English, Drama, Theater Arts, Education, or relatd field. Inclination towards art forms (Dance & music) Experience of performing during school and college days. Theater training will be provided before going on board.
