This role is ideal for someone who believes in the transformative power of drama and is committed to nurturing creativity, confidence, and communication among learners. Responsibilities: Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate drama sessions. Develop original content and adapt scripts to suit various learning objectives. Facilitate theatre-based activities to promote social-emotional learning and soft skills. Direct or assist in staging performances, showcases, or immersive experiences. Collaborate with educators and curriculum designers to align theatre activities with co-curricular goals. Provide feedback and assessments on student progress and participation. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. Qualifications: Proven experience in theatre performance, direction, or facilitation. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching or workshop-leading experience (Preferred first) Ability to adapt creatively to various learning styles and group dynamics. A background in education, performing arts, or drama-in-education is a plus. What Success Looks Like: Learners demonstrate improved self-expression, confidence, and empathy.
