You will be joining House of GuBan, a subsidiary of Anand Builders, a reputable firm in Kanpur with 25 years of experience. Founded by two architect sister-in-laws, the studio is known for its innovative approach to architecture and design projects, driven by the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of its team. As a Draftsman/Architectural Intern based in Kanpur, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed architectural drawings, supporting the design process, and collaborating with senior architects on various projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve producing drafts, conducting research on materials and construction techniques, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software, along with a basic understanding of building codes and construction methods. Strong design and visualization skills are essential, as you will be tasked with generating intricate architectural drawings and drafts. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities are also key requirements for this position. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree or are currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field. Any prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm would be advantageous in this role.,
