As a Draftsman (Architect) at our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites. You will create technical drawings from architects" sketches and specifications, utilizing CAD software to ensure precision in measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. Your role will involve printing CAD drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers, as well as entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to generate 3-D models and renderings. In addition, you will be expected to prepare drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and traditional drafting techniques. You may need to visit construction sites to take measurements and calculate dimensions as required. Collaboration with architects and construction engineers will be essential to guarantee compliance with building specifications and industry regulations. It is crucial to stay updated on the latest developments and technologies in architectural design to contribute effectively to our projects. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 to 15 years of relevant experience. This role is based at our Indore Head Office.
