Job Description:

We are urgently seeking skilled and experienced Design Engineers with a Civil Engineering background to join our team for high-rise residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting, a solid understanding of civil engineering design principles and previous exposure to Maiwan technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed design drawings and layouts for high-rise residential structures using AutoCAD.
Review structural plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and site teams to gather design requirements and resolve technical issues.
Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements as required.
Maintain records of design documentation, revisions, and approvals.
Support the project team in interpreting design drawings on-site during execution.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 23 years of experience in civil design, specifically in high-rise apartment projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting is mandatory.
Strong understanding of civil structural concepts and design workflows.
Prior working experience with Maiwan technology is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
