Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dosa Maker who can prepare a variety of South Indian dosas with consistency and taste. The candidate should be experienced in batter handling, dosa making, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare different types of dosas (plain, masala, rava, cheese, etc.)
• Manage batter consistency and fermentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation.
• Maintain inventory of dosa ingredients.

Requirements:

• Experience in South Indian food preparation.
