About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dosa Master to join our team at Hotel Tindi Bandi. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic South Indian dosas and related dishes to maintain our high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various types of dosas including plain dosa, masala dosa, rava dosa, and specialty varieties
  • Maintain proper batter consistency and fermentation for optimal taste and texture
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
  • Manage dosa station efficiently during peak hours
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness of cooking area and equipment
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in dosa preparation and South Indian cuisine
  • Knowledge of traditional cooking methods and recipes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
