Job Summary: JJob Description: (Candidate with Domestic Tour experience can apply) We are seeking a skilled Domestic Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate our domestic tours across various destinations in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing travel operations and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute domestic tour itineraries ensuring exceptional experiences for travelers Coordinate with various stakeholders including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure smooth tour operations Plan and execute domestic fixed departure tours to various destinations, managing logistics and customer experience Manage a team of tour guides and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring quality service delivery Resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during tours, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial aspects of domestic tour operations Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tour management or a related role within the travel industry Comprehensive knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics across India Experience in planning and executing domestic fixed departure tours is highly desirable Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage tours efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Experience: Travel Agency: 2 years (Required) Domestic Tourism: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
