As a diligent document collector, your primary responsibility will be to visit client locations and efficiently gather the necessary documents. It will be crucial for you to meticulously verify the accuracy and completeness of all collected documents to ensure quality and precision. Additionally, you will be entrusted with the task of ensuring the timely and secure delivery of these documents to the office, where maintaining proper logs and records will be essential for organizational purposes. In this role, effective communication and coordination with internal teams regarding document requirements will be key. You will be expected to follow up with clients regarding any pending or missing documents, demonstrating your proactive attitude and commitment to thoroughness. Moreover, upholding confidentiality and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information will be paramount throughout the process. This position is full-time and permanent, requiring a minimum educational qualification of a Diploma. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary for this role, as the work location will predominantly involve in-person visits to client sites.,
