Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build and strengthen relationships with doctors, medical groups, discharge planners, and case managers. Identify and cultivate new referral sources, including general practitioners, geriatricians, and specialists in senior care. Conduct in-person visits and presentations to physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. Promote the benefits and differentiators of our assisted living and home care services to healthcare providers and their teams. Track referral data, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports on outreach outcomes. Collaborate with the operations and admissions team to ensure a seamless intake process for referred clients. Attend community and networking events, health fairs, and medical association meetings as a representative of the organization. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, local competitors, and regulatory compliance related to senior care services. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or business development in assisted living, home care, or senior services. Existing network within the local medical community is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required for frequent local travel.
