Job Description Description of function Implement (operational) the integrated management system at the site in the role of "Process Quality" Identify, analyze, and document aspects of systems and processes not complying with rules (e.g. regulations, laws, norms, policies, operating procedures, etc.) Collect, examine, analyze, and verify information about systems and processes Participate in subject specific work groups (e.g. as member of the EHS team in the plant etc.) Review relevant specified documents of the management system (e.g. handbooks, guidelines, work procedures etc.) Plan, coordinate internal and external system audits according to specifications. Plan and conduct process audits. Prepare audit plans and audit reports Propose, implement, monitor, verify the effectiveness of actions to improve quality within the audited areas (entire site organization) Cooperate in performing evaluations and inform responsible areas about identified discrepancies Identify and report weak points/risks (e.g. main deviations in audits, failure to comply with customer requirements etc.) Develop specific solutions or recommendations Cooperate in developing action plans and measures to improve processes and management system Support plant management in coordinating and generating the assessment of the management system Evaluate the consequences of changes in customer specific requirements (CSR) Cooperate in assuring compliance with the CCC-requirements for the management system (technical responsibility) We are looking forward to your application.
