As a Divisional Sales Manager - Aqua Feed, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. This full-time on-site role based in Bhimavaram requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. You will also be involved in providing training to the sales team, coordinating with different departments for product availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales experience in the aquaculture industry, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are essential qualifications for this role. Knowledge of aqua feed products and market will be an added advantage. The successful candidate should be willing to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.,
