Job Description
Greetings from Heritage Foods Limited!! We are looking for a candidate with a PG Diploma / MBA / Graduation and 10 to 12 years of experience in the FMCG Industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a team handling role and exposure to handling large territories. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for inventory monitoring, control, and distribution of Milk & Milk Products against the indent within the schedule. Your primary goal will be to minimize damages and leakages. Key Result Areas include: - Inventory Management & Control - Coordination with Sales & Distribution for timely receipt of indent as per SOP - Crate management involving daily monitoring of crates, dispatch & receipt of crates - Management of dispatch clerks at the dock - Preparation of Invoice, Goods Receipt Notes & Stocks Transfers Notes ensuring proper invoicing of each distributor - Logistics Management with a focus on transport cost reduction as per Heritage norms - Controlling & minimizing leakages or damages - Ensuring timely arrival and dispatch of delivery vehicles as per agreed timelines Additionally, you will be responsible for the implementation of ISO Standards and related documentation.
