Job Title: Dispatch Executive Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Reporting To: Supply-Chain Team experience : Minimum 1-3 years Role Type: on-field Job Overview: Experienced Dispatch Executive to oversee deliveries, coordinate with third-party transporters, and ensure smooth supply chain operations for Chemical Raw Materials. This is an on-field role in Bhiwandi, requiring the candidate to visit warehouses, manage dispatch operations, and maintain seamless coordination with the Head Office Logistics Team. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in Bhiwandi and prior experience working with warehouses or transporters in the region. Key Responsibilities: Coordination with Head Office (HO) Logistics Team to obtain and verify: Invoices ,E-Way Bills, Certificates of Analysis (COA) , Delivery Orders (DOs) . Arrange for a local tempo truck to pick up materials . Post-Delivery Responsibilities: Collect the Lorry Receipt (LR) from the transporter and share it with the HO Supply Chain Team. Conduct warehouse visits to: Inspect and photograph materials, drums, and packaging conditions , Arrange for drum cleaning and repackaging if necessary. Handle labeling and re-labeling activities. Manage palletization and shrink wrapping of drums when required. Conduct quality and packaging checks : Address damages in paper/plastic bags: Stitching damaged bags shut ,Double layering plastic bags for monsoon protection. Perform sampling activities. Draw samples from drums, label sample bottles, and arrange courier dispatch.
