As a Director / Sr. Director Quality Assurance, you will define and promote a robust testing model to develop, drive, and execute a high-level Quality Management System (QMS) aimed at enhancing the system and managing the impact on quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining a comprehensive test strategy to ensure the delivery of bug-free products through the development of automated test strategies with defined measurable metrics to monitor progress against QA objectives. - Overseeing all facets of quality assurance, encompassing the establishment of metrics, application of industry best practices, and creation of new tools and processes to uphold quality standards. - Leading the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing team of engineers. - Mentoring the team to foster continuous improvement, sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights to facilitate both team and individual growth. - Collaborating with product and cross-functional teams to recommend suitable changes with a profound understanding of the product to benefit end-users. Required Skills: - Proficiency in automation testing utilizing Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG, and build tools like Maven/ANT/Gradle. - Hands-on experience in delivering high-quality products and implementing test automation with no live bugs. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and domain expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Establishing and refining formal QA processes to ensure adherence to industry-accepted best practices, with prior experience in team management. - Experience in collaborating with teams to identify and outline appropriate test scenarios in agile environments. - Demonstrated ability in developing automation frameworks with a focus on maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of automation. - Proficiency in working with Docker and Jenkins, emphasizing the establishment of a Test Pyramid model for automation. - Exposure to managing and enhancing team working practices, defining technical direction, and contributing to all aspects of delivery.,
