Job Description Manage technology and business consulting projects for healthcare and consumer healthcare clients. Understand requirements from clients or the Business Development (BD) team and translate them into actionable project plans. Delegate tasks effectively within the team, ensuring clear objectives and timelines. Work closely with the team to oversee project execution, monitor progress, and maintain project quality standards. Support BD or sales teams by providing capability decks, trend analyses, quick samples, and other relevant materials. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Proven 8+ years of experience in managing technology or business consulting projects, preferably within the healthcare and Consumer Healthcare Industry. Strong understanding of technology landscapes, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Effective leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively. Education Background Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering). Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
