Urgent Opening for the post of Sales Manager - Agency Channel- Life Insurance

Job Description:

·      Building a team of PFAs / Agents

·      Identifying prospective PFAs / Agents as per the guidelines of the organization.

·      Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs / Agents and ensuring their motivation to sell.

·      Achieving the number of active PFAs / Agents in his / her team as per the organization's targets.

·      Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.

·      Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs / Agents.

·      Identify training needs across the team.

Required Candidate Profile:

·      Experience - Minimum 1 Year Sales experience at field work

·      Local candidate from last 2/3 Years

·      Decent communication skills

Fixed CTC Range: 2.50 LPA to 4.50 LPA + Incentives
