We are looking for a "Sales Manager" ( 8-15 years experience) for a global IT service provider Experience with selling IT services & technology to the domestic/International market in digital segments ( product/ solution selling) Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on in digital segments ( product/ solution selling) Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations. Strong network and experience engaging with C-suite executives across industries. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets across the Indian market. Market Penetration: Build and enhance market presence, identifying and targeting key industries and clients to expand our footprint. Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive value for clients. Team Building & Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of passion, innovation, and success. Performance Tracking: Use analytics and sales data to make informed decisions, continuously refine strategies, and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
