Job Description

The Digital Product Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for Arihants digital products, including Online Test Series, E-books, Video Courses and other digital learning solutions. The role requires a strategic approach to customer acquisition, channel partnerships, and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from digital products. Identify new sales opportunities through direct sales, channel partnerships, and B2B tie-ups. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through digital marketing, paid campaigns, and outreach programs. Drive user conversions by optimizing the sales funnel and implementing targeted engagement strategies. Customer Acquisition & Retention Create and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and increase lifetime value. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat purchases through effective engagement. Channel & Partnership Management Develop alliances with ed-tech platforms, coaching institutes, and corporate clients. Manage Channel networks for digital product sales. Pricing & Promotions Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on market demand and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the Digital marketing Team to optimize offers, discounts, and bundled pricing. Data-Driven Sales Optimization Analyse sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and user behaviour to refine strategies and Application Experience. Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track and improve sales efforts. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Application, product, marketing, and customer support teams to drive user engagement. Provide insights for product enhancements based on market feedback. Required Skills & Qualification Strong experience in digital product sales, preferably in EdTech, E-learning, or SaaS. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Experience in B2C and B2B sales, partnerships, and distributor management. Knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing to drive lead generation. Experience in user acquisition strategies via social media, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing. Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Ability to build and execute loyalty programs and subscription models. Experience in optimising the sales funnel and reducing churn. Strong negotiation skills to manage partnerships and bulk sales deals.\ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders. B.
