Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, and Paid Ads). Supervise, guide, and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) to ensure a unified brand voice and customer journey. Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to optimize campaigns. Manage and allocate budgets effectively for campaigns and paid ads. Monitor and report on performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve results. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Ensure all campaigns align with the companys goals and brand guidelines. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven experience in team leadership or managerial roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
