Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and content.
- Optimize campaigns for conversion rate (CRO), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
