Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert who thrives on delivering measurable results and driving ROI through data-backed strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization across multiple digital channels. - Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and allocate monthly budgets with a laser focus on ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Continuously optimize ads, landing pages, and funnel performance based on A/B testing and analytics.
- Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, bounce rates, and retention.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities through paid and organic channels.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of running profitable campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to work with SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Nice to Have:Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C industries.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
- Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow.
- Knowledge of funnel building and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
