Job Description
Key Responsibilities: -
-Lead Generation
- Actively source new leads through Google Ads, online platforms, social media, email campaigns and networking.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
- Attend real estate exhibitions and networking events to generate leads.
-Marketing Activities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and Brand awareness.
- Create engaging content (Property listing, social media post, website copy) to attract potential clients.
- Manage online listings on real estate portals and Company website.
- Track and Analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results.
-Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate marketing and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Proficiency in Digital marketing tools (SEO, Social media marketing, email marketing).
- CRM Software expertise for lead management.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads
