Digital Marketing Manager Prestair System

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management (4-5 People):

• Oversee daily tasks of content creators and designers (Canva, 3ds Max, AI tools).
• Assign projects, set deadlines, and ensure high-quality output.
• Coordinate video shoots and ensure smooth execution for short-form content.

Content Production Oversight:

• Guide the creative process from concept to execution for social media posts.
• Understand design principles and video editing basics to give actionable feedback.

Ad Campaign Execution:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.).
• Create or supervise the creation of ad creatives and copy.

Strategy & Reporting:

• Collaborate on overall content and marketing strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Report on performance to stakeholders or upper management.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Design & Video Knowledge: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and preferably some understanding of 3ds Max workflows.
• Marketing Platforms: Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• Project Management: Experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
• Content Understanding: Knows what works on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Leadership: Prior experience managing small creative or marketing teams.
