Educational Background Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors of Commerce Preferred) OR MBA/PGDM (pursuing or completed), preferably in Marketing Working Students can apply Key Responsibilities Create engaging graphics, banners, and posts for social media using Photoshop orsimilar design tools. Edit and produce videos, reels, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing content with promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts. Assist in growing our social media presence by creating content that resonates with APSC and UPSC aspirants. Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas for online and offline promotions. Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve content performance. Skills Required Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools. Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, or equivalent) Creativity and understanding of social media trends. Ability to collaborate with teams and meet deadlines.
