Youll be at the frontlines of outreach connecting with creators, building relationships, and helping manage our digital community. Responsibilities: Streamer Outreach: Identify, contact, and pitch Glitchover to gaming streamers across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term connections with streamers and content creators. Account Handling: Serve as the point of contact for onboarded streamers, help with onboarding, support, and platform guidance. Discord Management: Keep our community alive and buzzing. Engage users, moderate channels, and drive creative campaigns. Team Leadership: Guide and oversee a small outreach team of fellow interns and freshers. Help them stay motivated and on track. Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to execute launch campaigns, collabs, and community events. Ideal Candidate: Deep understanding of the gaming and streaming ecosystem Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Discord, etc. Excellent communication and persuasion skills you're confident talking to creators and closing the loop. Leadership mindset experience managing teams or projects (even small ones) is a plus. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
