Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and assist in establishing digital connections with our clientele. Shift Timings: The role requires availability during the Evening Shift from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST. This is non-negotiable as our primary engagement is with customers in the EST Time Zone. Key Responsibilities and Skills: - Develop, organize, and oversee social media content, ensuring active participation and community management. - Strategize and execute digital campaign schedules, encompassing key marketing projects like webinars, newsletters, and outreach initiatives. - Deploy on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics to enhance website performance and search engine rankings. - Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, compile reports, and offer innovative suggestions for enhancement. - Identify and engage potential leads through digital marketing approaches, including outreach endeavors, email marketing, and paid/organic campaigns. - Manage and analyze lead data in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) to enhance marketing and sales coordination. - Direct email campaigns utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp or Mautic, focusing on achieving high engagement and conversion rates. - Collaborate closely with other departments to synchronize marketing activities with organizational objectives. - Conduct keyword research and craft SEO-optimized blogs to boost organic traffic and enhance search visibility. - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and marketing automation systems. - Utilize Apollo (or similar prospecting tools) to identify and interact with potential leads, aiding outreach initiatives to broaden brand exposure. - Possession of Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing certifications is advantageous. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduation Degree/Diploma Experience: 6 months - 1 year,
