We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Assistant to join our Marketing Department. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating engaging social media posts, and analyzing analytics to drive our online presence. This is a part-time position suitable for freshers, with an expected commitment of 15-21 hours per week. You will enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home. The schedule may include day shifts as well as rotational shifts, offering variety and flexibility in your work hours. In addition to your base salary, there is a performance bonus structure in place to reward your contributions to our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education, though further qualifications are preferred.
