Job role: DevSecOps Specialist L2/L3 Location: Mumbai Lower Parel Employment Type: Full-Time Budgeted CTC: 12,00,000 per annum Joining Timeline: Immediate or within 15 days No. of Positions: 1 We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Specialist to join our IT team and lead the integration of security practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks at all stages (build, test, deploy) Integrate security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning into the development process Implement and enforce security policies in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) Secure container workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure proper runtime protection Manage secrets using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or KMS with strong access control and auditing Monitor DevOps environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threats Collaborate with development, security, and infra teams to ensure security is embedded in every phase of SDLC Support incident response, logging, alerting, and SIEM integration Conduct regular DevSecOps reviews and support internal and external audits Train and guide development teams on secure coding and cloud security best practices Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps and Security Engineering Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube, Trivy, Aqua, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with strong understanding of security services Solid grasp of secure coding, container security, and threat modeling Preferred Certifications: Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) AWS Security Specialty Docker/Kubernetes Security,
