Company Description Hiring for Multiple clients Role Description This is a full-time role for a Developer/Technical Lead across India with some work from home options (hybrid role). The Developer/Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Day-to-day tasks include coding, code review, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other teams to define project requirements and technical solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture design and technology decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript Experience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Django, and React Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum Skills in database management and technologies such as SQL, NoSQL Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Proficiency in version control tools such as Git Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Previous experience in a technical lead or similar role is a plus,
