Job Description

You will be responsible for providing phone, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment. You will be resolving issues related to internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment. Performing troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and identifying root causes will be a part of your daily tasks. Managing technology inventory, placing orders for equipment, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently will be crucial aspects of your role. You should have a good understanding of Windows Support, Outlook Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, as well as hardware support such as printers, system assembling, and disassembling. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing new system orientation and training to end users and documenting technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work shift is during the day, and the required education is a Bachelor's degree (Preferred). A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT is required for this role. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 26/08/2024.,
