Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Laptop Repair Specialist or Desktop Support Engineer to join our technical support team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and related hardware and software.


Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops, desktops, and peripherals.


Replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, screens, keyboards, etc.


Perform OS installations, software setups, driver updates, and virus removals.


Provide on-site and in-shop technical support to customers.


Maintain service logs and documentation of all repair activities.


Assist customers with basic IT support, data backup/restoration, and preventive maintenance.


Coordinate with vendors for part replacements under warranty (if applicable).


Ensure timely delivery of repaired systems and maintain customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / BCA / BE in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.


1-3 years of experience in laptop/desktop servicing or technical support.


Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting methods.


Familiarity with BIOS setup, formatting, partitioning, and driver installations.


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.


Preferred Skills:

Chip-level servicing knowledge (added advantage).


Experience handling AMC clients or bulk support environments.


Two-wheeler with valid license (for field support).



Working Hours: Shift 10 AM to 7 PM & 11 PM TO 8.30 PM
