Role : Desktop Support Engineer Experience : Min 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Location : Vizag Salary : 3.4 LPA Notice : Immediate to 15 days Skills : Hardware and Software Issues: Diagnosing and resolving problems with computers, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), operating systems and software applications. Remote Troubleshooting: Providing technical support remotely, guiding users through solutions, and using remote access tools to diagnose and fix issues. User Assistance: Answering user inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring users can effectively utilize their computers and software. Help Desk Support: Responding to user tickets, logging issues, and escalating problems when necessary. Hardware and Software Installation: Setting up new hardware, installing and configuring software, and ensuring compatibility.
