We're a lean, fast-moving team that believes in sharp design, clear communication, and full ownership. Now, were looking for a Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping emails. If you love designing for DTC brands, have a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring emails to life without making them feel like templates then this is for you. Responsibilities Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns for eCommerce brands Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout - not just execute Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email, and whats working in the DTC space Qualifications 25 years of experience in design - ideally for eCommerce brands Proficiency in Figma is a must Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics These are the kind of designs which will be expected from you: https://syncopated.co/portfolio/ If you believe you can be a good fit, apply now and let's talk.
