Job Description: Creative Designer Location: Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, Karnataka, India Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence is looking for a Creative Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering engaging visual content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through high-quality graphics, branding materials, and digital media, aligning with the universitys ethos. Key Responsibilities Develop visual branding materials including brochures, posters, banners, and promotional assets. Design social media graphics and other digital marketing creatives. Collaborate with the communications and content team to create visually appealing presentations and reports. Work on UI/UX design for university websites and online platforms. Ensure brand consistency in all creative output. Edit and enhance photography & video content as required. Create infographics and illustrations to communicate key messages effectively. Stay updated with design trends and integrate them into creative solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience in print & digital design (brochures, social media, website visuals). Knowledge of motion graphics & video editing is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. Understanding of brand identity, typography, and color theory. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. Preferred Attributes Passion for education and social impact. Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong time management & multitasking skills. Familiarity with Sathya Sai Babas philosophy and the universitys vision is a plus.
