Job Title: Design & Estimation Engineer – HVAC

Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (₹3.6 – ₹5.4 LPA approx.)
Experience: 5–6 years (Design & Estimation – HVAC)
Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Design & Estimation Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project design, estimation, and BOQ preparation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the technical documentation, costing, and tender submission for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimations for non-design & build HVAC tenders

• Interpret project specifications and design requirements to prepare material and cost estimates

• Collaborate with the project and sales teams for technical clarifications, pricing, and tender support

• Use AutoCAD to prepare or revise HVAC design drawings and layouts

• Ensure adherence to industry codes and standards while preparing technical submissions

• Track market rates and vendor pricing for accurate estimation

• Maintain documentation related to estimation history and tender pipeline

Required Skills:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Design and Estimation

• Strong experience in preparing BOQs and cost estimations

• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing and layout preparation

• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems, including VRF, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and  piping layouts

• Sound knowledge of HVAC design codes and practices

• Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering

• Candidates with additional AutoCAD certification will be preferred
