Designation: Jr./ Sr. Executive - Design Engineer Department: Design Minimum Experience: 4 to 8 years Location: Nepal Salary Range: As per company norms Job Description: (with education): Solar Design Development: Collaborate with the sales team and project engineers to gather project requirements and develop solar power plant designs that are technically sound and commercially viable. Team Coordination: Coordinate with Design Executives in India and internationally to ensure design consistency and integration across all project phases. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the design team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions in solar design. Quality Assurance: Oversee the design process to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
