Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software. Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T), and engineering standards. Minimum 1 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or machinery industry. Familiarity with production terminologies, manufacturing processes, and material selection. Ability to communicate complex design ideas and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in design and documentation. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design issues. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
