As a Design Engineer at Purti Realty, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the architectural design and construction processes for our ongoing and upcoming projects in Kolkata, India. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural designs, ensuring timely project deliverables, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. You should possess a strong knowledge of high-rise residential building drawing development and site execution. Your expertise will be utilized to design residential and commercial buildings in compliance with prevailing municipal regulations. You will be tasked with creating plans, elevations, working drawings, and sales drawings, as well as making necessary modifications during the construction stage. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with vendors, consultants, the business development team, and other professionals to secure project approvals and ensure project success. Additionally, you will lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, providing guidance to junior architects and team members along the way. Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements will be paramount. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications, while also conducting site visits to monitor project progress and quality of work. In the event of any issues or discrepancies during construction, you will be expected to resolve them effectively.
